The wireless mobile cart will allow you to easily move up to 1,200 pounds of inventory where it is needed. Simply unplug power, move the cart and plug it back in. The wireless network will find the cart and all of the functions of the Inventory Monitor will resume at the new location.

 
This wireless mobile cart uses standard Metro Cart shelving and our Strut Based Mounting System. There are 36 ( 9” W x 12” D) Strut kits installed as well as 36 LED Modules. Each scale has a max weight of 12kg.
 
Use the part locator and the LEDs will flash under the bin location containing the SKU you need. If LED towers are installed on the carts, you will be able to easily locate the cart as well.
 
Remove part(s) and the on-hand quantity is updated immediately. You may also build kits.

Welcome DB5210. This new family of mobile carts features 8 or 24 hours of battery life per charge. Perfect for managing inventory in an airplane hangar or anywhere standard power may not be available. Move inventory wherever it is needed. DigitalBins will record every change in quantity. 100% up-time, 100% accountability. The cart pictured includes 24 - 6" x 12" scales and 12 - 12" x 12" scales. Cart and scale sizes are customizable. A barcode printer and scanner may be added. Easily keeps track of inventory used during a repair.

 
This Mobile Cart makes use of our Universal Frame. Constructed using light-weight, commercial grade, extruded aluminum. The small, enclosed utility area protects wiring and electronics. 
 
Built-in computing options include an on-board Microsoft Surface Pro.
 
This cart is configured with twelve shelves (six on each side) each with twelve scales. It will accept standard Akro-30224 - (4-1/8"w x 10-7/8"d x 4"h) plastic bins. It has 5.5" locking, swivel wheels.
 
Other shelf options include 16 x 3”w, 9 x 6”w, 6 x 9"w & 4 x 12”w scales. Designed to allow two-sided access and to make full use of dynamic scale sizing.
 
Easy to push using a large rubberized handle. The 20' power cable wraps neatly on J hooks.

This rack is configured with five shelves that are staggered front to back (presentation mode) making it very easy to reach into any bin. It has 5.75" jacking casters.
 
Shelf options include 16 x 3”, 12 x 4” w, 9 x 6” w, 6 x 9" w & 4 x 12” w scales. The bottom row of bins is using our dynamic scale sizing capability.  The tubs in the picture are 18”w and 24”d and resting on 4 x (9” w x 12” d) scales (2 in the front and 2 in the back).
 
This rack was designed to be moved occasionally and locked into place afterwards.

Present a valid employee card and the door will open allowing a user access to all it contains. Use the part locator and the LEDs will flash under the bin location containing that part. Remove part(s) and the on-hand quantity is updated immediately. Upon closing the door, transactions containing all information about the pick or receiver are recorded.
 
Our semi-secure cabinet is constructed using light-weight, commercial grade, extruded aluminum. It is 78"h x 41.5"w x 29"d.
 
The LEDs are clearly viewable through the clear plexi door.
 
The cabinet is mounted on four jacking casters making it easy to move and easy to secure.
 
Includes an industrial electronic door latch, high or low frequency proximity reader & 10 cards, 2D bar code scanner, 2 DB Power Modules & Rack Mounted UPS.  

As shown, there are 144 bin locations available for use. There are 5 drawers each containing 24 x (3" x 3" x 3") bin locations and 4 shelves each with 10 x (2.5” h x 3” w x 12” d) bin locations.
 
The cabinet may also be configured with only shelves. Up-to 10 shelves may be installed (100 bin locations). The number of shelves will depend upon the height and width of the bin(s) you choose to use.
 
Each cabinet is controlled by a Windows tablet. The user may provide the tablet, install security & network features, etc. Network access is not required.

Semi-Secure, Proximity Card Reader, Wireless Mobile Cabinet

This is a great solution when product security, limited access and accountability are the objectives. The cabinet accepts either high or low frequency cards and it is mobile. It also makes use of LED-Netting, Part Locator, software only dynamic bin location sizing, and other features developed at DigitalBins.
