DigitalBins.com is a unique and powerful inventory management system that transforms dormant bin locations into computer addressable piece-counting scales and brilliant LED light clusters that will manage every inventory transaction and record every change.

Light the green LED under the scale/bin you wish to direct the picker to. Immediately upon a weight change direct the picker to the next bin to pick from. Repeat this process until the order has been completely picked. A red light can indicate that the incorrect bin was accessed. A yellow light can indicate that the order is picked complete.

Light the green LED under the scale/bin you wish to direct the receiver to. Immediately upon a weight change direct the receiver to the next bin to replenish. Repeat this process until the purchase order has been completely received. A red light can indicate that the incorrect bin accessed or that the quantity received does not match the quantity purchased.

You can measure productivity by recording how long it takes a picker to pick each SKU of an order. You are limited only by your imagination.

A DB Controller controls up to twelve scale/LED modules and is assigned a unique NIC-like address. There is no limit to the number of scale/LED modules that may be linked. The entire network can be accessed through one PC com port. You can easily obtain weight from any scale or illuminate any LED on the network programmatically.
